Important Information

Please read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products or services implies that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

License

AdaptiveThemes grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the non Drupal portions of the theme (the "Images", "JavaScript" & "CSS") and other products sold through our website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "License"). The Images include all logos, backgrounds, png, jpg and any other image files supplied with the theme. The "CSS" includes all cascading style sheets supplied with the theme. The "JavaScript includes all files ending with the .ls extension supplied with the theme. "All Drupal componants (including but not limited to all template files, .info files and .php files) are coverd by the GPL or General Public License, (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/). Drupal portions of the product may be modified and re-distruted under the terms of the GPL. A copy of the GPL is included with each distribution labelled GPL-LICENCE.txt.

Limited Use Granted

You may use each individual Theme on a single website only owned by either you or your client - unless otherwise authorised. You need to purchase the same Theme again in order to make another website with the same design, or else purchase an extended use licence for the Theme.

Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our Themes to fit your purposes.

Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our Themes, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Adaptive Themes. This in no way pertains to the Drupal portions of the product that are covered under the GPL.

Sub-licensing

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Adaptive Themes.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our Themes, modified or unmodified. All Themes are property of Adaptive Themes. You agree to have a small link to AdaptiveThemes.com on the template/website, however you may freely remove this link at any time. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Return Policy

Due to the fact that we are selling non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchase. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation, asked questions, viewed screen-shots and tried out the demo. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. We offer support and are only to happy to help you get your Theme up and running.

Modifications to the Terms

Adaptive Themes reserves the right to modify current Terms without prior notice.
